Loose furniture was creating constant friction, with tables shifting, walkways getting blocked, and service slowing down as a result.
Our approach was to bring structure back to the floor without losing the relaxed, social feel the venue is known for.
Fixed, picnic-style seating now anchors the space, while a heritage colour palette adds warmth and ties it back to the tavern’s roots.
The custom pill-shaped picnic table is a clear standout – a new piece for us, and one that came together exactly as envisioned.
The difference is night and day. The layout holds, the flow makes sense, and service isn’t fighting the room anymore. It’s still The Queen’s – just running a whole lot better.
