When the client came to Adāge, the tavern was undergoing some major renovations and extensions to create the current venue. The CEO of the Mildura Gateway Tavern approached Adāge in the planning stages of their renovations with the task of bringing the tavern to life. We know how to do this best through furniture!

The first step, as with all our projects, was to visit the venue and take measurements of the spaces the client was looking to Fitout. From these measurements, our consultant was able to create a floorplan of the proposed space. This floorplan was then used to create a preferred seating layout and flow.

This floorplan is something that we do for all projects as it allows both our consultant and the customer to get a better insight into the capacity of the venue and fill it with furniture without overcrowding the space or overestimating the venue’s capabilities.

As the tavern is a large venue, they did require large quantities of furniture. Not only did they require large quantities, but they were also looking for varied furniture looks for their different areas. To be able to service clients of this size, Adāge Furniture holds large quantities of stock on hand, and offers an extensive range of furniture styles and colours. Because of our large range, we can accommodate clients of all sizes and offer competitive time frames for furniture delivery.

To ensure that the client knew exactly what he was getting and that he was happy with the furniture he’d chosen, our consultant took furniture samples out to the venue. This enabled the client to view the furniture in his space and make sure that it matched in with the proposed design.

We understand that sometimes, one size doesn’t fit all. This is why we are able to offer custom products to customers who can’t find their dream furniture amongst our stocked range. For the Mildura Gateway Tavern, custom products were manufactured specifically for the venue, to meet their unique requirements.
