As the venue is four hours away from Adāge’s Victorian showroom, the client supplied our consultant with a brief on the type and style of hospitality furniture they were looking for. Looking for chairs that could be used both for events as well as in their restaurant, the client had specifications they needed to be met.
The client was looking for a chair that was stackable and appropriate for both indoor and outdoor use. The chair also needed to be lightweight, so that it was able to be moved and rearranged easily to accommodate groups of all sizes. The chair also needed to look classic in style and not be too modern, to ensure that it would suit the style of the venue.
Perhaps most important of all, the chair needed to be of commercial quality to stand up to the harsh conditions of the hospitality industry. Regardless of the distance that the Adage showroom is from the restaurant, our consultant initially went out to the venue with samples to show the customer. Bringing the samples to the venues is an important service Adage offers to all customers as it allows our clients to better visualise the furniture in their venue.
After the initial site visit, our consultant employed to use of technology to continue helping the client with their important furniture decision. This included sharing photos of various chair options with the client. From the proposed chair options, the client was able to choose a chair that suited their venue and met their brief. To help the client picture the chair in their own venue, Adāge also supplied photos of the same chair used in other venues across Australia.
The client’s final choice was the Sozo Chair in both black and white. This chair aligned with their brief and met their expectations with its classic style and clean look. These chairs tell of the high-end functions and beautiful events to come.
